Comprehensive quality management comprises quality assurance, quality control, complaints management and dealing with standing orders. This entails providing precise user instructions, training and tutorials, inspection of raw materials and packaging containers as well as the precise handling of complaints. The product batches produced according to GMP specifications, are inspected internally for compliance with the defined specification parameters. The microbiological approval for release is undertaken by an external, independent inspection institute. Due to our excellent contacts with renowned inspection institutes, we are able to find the suitable partner to meet the needs of customers with very specific requests. On request our wide range of services includes for example:

We have been consistently certified by Pfeiffer Consulting GmbH since 2010 according to ISO 22716:2008.
