Mag. Rainer Deisenhammer, Controlling
Financial controlling is tightly connected to our financial accounting, whereby electronic invoicing, regular monitoring of credits and debits, issuing payment reminder demands as well as turnover updating and Balance preparation and analysis. The constant maintenance and development of our reporting system and the preparation of plans and analyses are also important. As financial controllers, we also create target-performance evaluations on the basis of planned and actual values for the company’s individual departments. Those evaluations are required for budget preparation, forecasts, cost-benefit analyses etc. We equally regard ourselves as process and vulnerabilities’ analysts and contribute to the development of measures for process optimisation.
